FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How do I get a price quickly?
Start an Instant Estimate: pick the service, describe the tree — oak, pine, or palm — and how a truck reaches it, then leave your details. You'll get a working range right away, and we follow up to confirm the plan.
Are you licensed and insured in Florida?
Yes. We carry the licensing, liability, and workers' compensation coverage expected for professional tree work in Florida, and we'll email certificates the same day you ask.
Can you get out fast after a hurricane or tropical storm?
Our emergency line runs 24/7 through storm season. When a system moves through the First Coast, trees on homes and blocked driveways are triaged ahead of routine cleanup.
Do you haul off the debris?
On nearly every job, yes. Want to keep firewood rounds or a load of chips for the beds? Just tell us when we confirm the estimate and we'll leave it.
Do you prune palms the right way?
We do. We remove dead fronds and seed stalks and skip the over-cut 'hurricane trim' that actually weakens a palm. Healthy palms hold up better in wind, not worse.
Can you work beachside and waterfront lots?
All the time. Soft sandy ground, salt air, and tight beach-side access all take planning — we sort mats, rigging, and equipment before a boot hits the property.
Which areas do you serve?
The First Coast — Jacksonville and the Beaches, Orange Park, Fleming Island, Ponte Vedra, Nocatee, St. Johns, Fernandina, and down toward St. Augustine.
Do you handle HOA and commercial properties?
Yes. HOAs, offices, retail, and multi-family communities get scheduled maintenance, clean documentation, and priority dispatch when a storm rolls in.
